As a certified Health Coach, Ossie helps clients take ownership of their health by asking the right questions—not giving all the answers. His goal is to teach, not take over—so clients learn how to care for their own health long-term and no longer rely on a coach.

Ossie’s approach is grounded in the belief that lasting health comes from personal agency. He doesn’t seek credit for your transformation—instead, he helps you discover your strengths and equips you with the knowledge and habits to thrive independently. His work ends when you no longer need him.

The Beginner

Designed for people who don’t consider themselves “fit” yet, this program introduces health in a way that’s enjoyable, encouraging, and pressure-free. The focus is on building trust in the process—no crash diets or punishing workouts.

The Reclaimer

For the “I’ll start tomorrow” person who’s run out of tomorrows. This program is built for people whose age or health is starting to catch up with them—those who’ve always come second to work, family, or life, and now feel the cost. Whether it’s fatigue, plateau, or the fear of decline, this is where the shift begins.

The Athlete

For sport lovers stuck in a plateau or looking for an edge. This is for the weekend warriors, competitive players, or lifelong athletes who love movement but overlook strength training. Ossie helps athletes find a more balanced approach to their fitness.

I’m Ossie, the coach behind ReRooted. My Mission to help people find the power of healthy pursuits. I take a bottom up approach to help you take health into your own hands and realize that fundamentally, you are responsible it. I am not here to take credit for your change, but to provide you with the framework to sustain your health for the long run.

If you haven’t heard of the term antifragile before let me do a quick explanation. The best way for me to explain this term is for you to get up and look in the mirror. What you see is an antifragile being. What I mean is that your body will actively get stronger when it’s being stressed/tested by the physical world. Think of it as an upgrade from resilience. Even when you walk down a set of stairs this system of antifragility is taking place, your bones are being stressed by the pressure and weight of your body, leading them to become stronger as a result.
