Our Goals as Trainers

Meet Your Trainer

Ossie has been training in a gym since 2014. Ossie completed his Certificate 3 in Fitness in 2021 at TAFE (Techincal and Further Education in Australia) and Certificate 4 in Fitness and Personal Training and Introductory Nutrition Certificate in 2022 at the AIPT (Australian Institute of Personal Trainers). In 2023 he completed his Certified Health Coach certificate through ISSA in Canada. Today he continues to keep updated on the current Programming Research.

His fitness journey has navigated through various disciplines, from powerlifting and bodybuilding to pure endurance training, and is now focused on functional training to compliment his love of mountain sports. 

This diverse background has provided Ossie with a comprehensive understanding of fitness and sports through multiple avenues. Fitness and sport are deeply embedded in his value system and always will be. He firmly believes that exercise is the only true miracle drug that exists.
