G’day, I’m Ossie. I’m a certified Personal Trainer, Group Trainer and Health Coach.
My fitness journey is now over 11 years old. In that time I have delved into bodybuilding, powerlifting, endurance training, and now, finally landing on a different approach altogether, ‘supplemental training’ or, training in the gym to improve the performance of my chosen sports. This approach differs from the norm because the gym is considered as your 2nd or even 3rd priority. This new way of training allows me to see fitness programming in a macro view of sorts. One where the gym is not at the top of the list, it’s there to supplement other sports or even your life without a chosen sport. Along with my formal certifications, I am constantly learning and complementing my fundamental skills with short courses and books.
At Rerooted we are genuinely curious about our clients. That’s why we have combined Health Coaching with Personal Training to give you results in a multifaceted manner. In our Health Sessions, we discuss everything from your eating habits, sleeping habits, and even the way you breathe! Our Health Sessions are just chats. Not overly formal, and certainly not filled with monologues. This is about you, not me.
